Newsweek reporting: from multiculturalism to tribalism

Some of the main stream media, namely Newsweek, now sees the result of rampant multiculturalism: “ ‘ Tribal Ties – Race, Ethnicity, and Religion – Are Becoming More Important Than Borders.’ “The first page of the article, contains a color-coded map denoting new regions of the world not defined by contemporary governmental borders but those designated by region, race, and culture…” Read article here.

Holy gender apartheid, Batman. Yes, our lovely First Lady inadvertently shook the hand of a Muslim man. Didn’t her husband teach her the First Rule of multiculturalism? Do not shake the hand of a Muslim man if you are a mere woman. Muslim religion considers women to be dirty (as in unclean) and they don’t like, er,  well, a “dirty hand” on their clean hand. Now no doubt he’ll have to do that fetish surgeon thing and wash for about twenty minutes. “This much of the most over-the-top, obsequious outreach effort[to Islamic gender apartheid]  in memory didn’t quite go as planned: As James Thurber once observed: ‘You might as well fall flat on your face as lean over too far backward.’ ” Here (Jihad Watch). Britain’s NEXT level of multiculturalism

Outside the Wellington Way polling station in Tower Hamlets yesterday, as at many other polling stations in the borough, people had to run a gauntlet of Lutfur Rahman supporters to reach the ballot box. As one Bengali woman voter went past them, we heard one of the Rahman army scolding her for her “immodest dress.” That incident is perhaps a tiny taste of the future for Britain’s poorest borough now it has elected Mr Rahman as its first executive mayor, with almost total power over its £1 billion budget. Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany has said her country’s attempts to build a post-war multicultural society have ‘utterly failed’. Welcome to reality. Despite a tolerant sounding name (and we all admire tolerance) you simply cannot maintain a civilized society by allowing each cultural group (Islam, for example, certainly the most audacious group) to have its own laws (in the case of Islam, for example, sharia law).

A, er, pushing the perspective…

I think someone should point out to such severely blind-sided multiculturalists that pushing Islam is also, simultaneously, pushing Sharia law, which is intrinsic to the Muslim view. Sharia law as, for example, practiced in Iran and under the taliban,  calls for the killing of gays and the stoning of adulterers.

Take special note of the last entry–shaman. Is that a term that should have a place  in a modern medical textbook?

Generally I hate symbols, which is why I can’t stand reading parables or symbolic literature (because it consigns art and literature to cold mathematical models*), but I thought this pic was pretty neat.

*That is not to say symbols haven’t had their moments. Symbols are now and have been in history a way of  out foxing censors (think  Da Vinci paintings, for example) by hiding criticism of political or religious dogma in a double-entendre mode.

Multicultural toast

Blood toasting is of course a ritual in Mexico involving a person drinking the blood from a murder victim to prevent law enforcement from being able to find and prosecute them. Ah, nothing like the old Mexican blood ritual, raising the glass of red liquid and proclaiming, This is my secret,  before letting it coat your throat with its magical powers. Hey,  the ritual makes sense if it really works.  I mean I’d certainly try anything not to end up sitting in a Mexican jail or in this case a jail in Tampa, Florida. So there he was, says a witness–”Knife in his right hand, a drinking glass coated in blood in his left hand, a  toast to a victim (who really was toast). Bravo…encore…

Groupthink approaching 1984 status

Groupthink, government installed or just plain ethnocentric/ideological Think among the proles,  is becoming the new norm in the West. It’s like a long-distance runner, one, that instead of tiring and stopping to pant, is instead gaining speed and direction. Why? We’re getting dead serious about multiculturalism; we’re at the point where where different laws for different groups is becoming the norm). Here’s just a few examples:

Don’t try proselytizing in Dearborn, Michigan among  Muslims–it’s against Sharia law–and you will be arrested, fool.

Americaca:  one  man, one six votes (in the name of diversity).

Indian-American woman has non-group coloring (too white looking); besides she’s Christian (wrong religious group affiliation).

Pop singer has wrong name: it belongs to a different group.

Importing groups as a political weapon.

Paris streets: wrong group, wrong street.

La Raza group VS Jews group

Group cleansing: wrong group, wrong place (Mexican group VS black group).

I haven’t seen Sex in the City (1 or 2); I just can’t get into that silly blather of fashioned images and what I suspect is a lot of dipsy (i.e., dippy/tipsy)  talk. But somehow the movie has hit the Super Left’s phobics meter: Islamophobic, homophobic, multiculturalphobic (manphobic?), peopleofcolorphobic, sensitivityphobic,  witphobic, goodtastephobic, etc… It’s left them salivating like Pavlov’s canine volunteers, to wit:

Huh? “I have sex” Suicide bombers? Well, Leftists are soooooo sensitive when it comes to their lovey-dobey  support of culturally (and officially) designated oppressive gender apartheid systems today. When brutal fascistic “native cultures” from the dark ages are placed in the realm of multiculturalism they’re  beautiful things of beauty and value.

Sweden discovering the joys of mass immigration

Why are only Western countries held to a multicultural standard?

Short answer: The true goal of multiculturalism is to destroy the West.

a) Multiculturalists are guided by a racial/ethnic/cultural view that Western culture is too dominant and makes other cultures look inadequate. Multiculturalists harbor deep racist views, and the only way to redeem their guilt-ridden conscience is to destroy its foundation.

b) Western societies, they relaize, can never be destroyed from without; they must be gradually blunted and destroyed from within through mass immigration and political correctness.

c) Cultural egalitaianism: The remnant of Western civilization–laws, religions, science, freedoms–will be reduced to merely another cultural piece of the whole. But even as a remnant it will be less than the other parts.

Multiculturalism in Sweden (it’s not a pretty sight)

Based upon what I’ve read about Sweden over the last couple of years, especially about the city Malmo, the country’s third largest this video represents the stark reality.This sort of ongoing problem of rioting and demands for Islamic law are driving many in France to have second thoughts about thier own multiculturalism.

Yeah, if you’ve had any doubts that Western multiculturalist ideology had any at least token cells of rationality left in their collective mind please think again.

I love this line: Los Angeles (AP): “The chickens have come home to roost for Los Angeles city dwellers who keep roosters.” Trying very had to avoid political incorrectness status by not mentioning who exactly is keeping roosters in the city, the line (god bless it) does its best to invite us to read between the words (after all, looks what’s happening to Lou Dobbs). Yes, I’m afraid LA is very near official third world status. The law will now allow only one rooster to a household (good luck!)…The law was given some impetus (finally) by complaints over noise and hygiene and concerns over illegal cockfighting. What columnist Melanie Phillips says of the effect of multiculturalism in Britain could equally apply to the U.S.
