I don’t think there’s a lot of people anymore who don’t consider the Grand Banana Republic to be one sick mass of cat feces. Take the latest hilarious headline story:

ATF senior agent assigned to the Phoenix office in 2010, Dodson’s job is to stop gun trafficking across the border. Instead, he says he was ordered to sit by and watch it happen. Investigators call the tactic letting guns “walk.” In this case, walking into the hands of criminals who would use them in Mexico and the United States…[now here's the really funny part]… Surveillance video obtained by CBS News shows suspected drug cartel suppliers carrying boxes of weapons to their cars at a Phoenix gun shop. The long boxes shown in the video being loaded in were AK-47-type assault rifles. So it turns out ATF not only allowed it – they videotaped it.

Check out the rest of this hilarious story here.

“Power has now hijacked truth and made it subservient to its own ends. The result is a world turned upside down.” Melanie Phillips, World Turned Upside Down (this is a new release, though there is of course a Kindle edition a paperback won’t be out for at least six months or so). Melanie Phillips is a columnist for London’s Daily Mail.

Britain’s blaring front page Daily Mail says it all: Americans starve as executive pay rockets: 50 million people go hungry while Wall St fatcats take home millions.

“…So if there is to be a fear of the increasing adoption of e-readers such as the Amazon Kindle, B&N Nook and iPad, that is by far the scariest thing about it, because if you were to keep all your books on such a device, some villain really could come along one day and pretty much flip the switch and take all your books away—and not just yours but everyone’s, all at once…” Here (The AWL) BTW, speaking of fascists… ”Fascists in the federal government imposing their will on the people. There is a bulletin published here (Political Islam) about women living under Islamic threat; it covers stories from not only Muslim countries where you expect horror stories but in the West too, including the Grand Banana Republic. The bulletin covers the period from Aug 12 to Nov 2. Some examples…Egypt: “Egyptian cleric: If women are harassed even when wearing the niqab or hijab, it may be because they should not be outside the house at all.”  USA [i.e., Grand Banana Repub]: Update on Muslim man who beheaded his wife (N.Y.)

Call things by their relational name. Terrorism today, for example, is primarily perpetrated by Muslims (but of course not all Muslims are terrorists). Another example: The Spanish Inquisition was a manifestation of Christian (in particular, Catholic) totalitarianism.

Breaking out…

A lot of Afghan women, like the beautiful actress above, are trying to break out of their religious prison but their shariaist society makes it extremely difficult (like this unfortunate actress). After all, this is just a small part of the mindset they’re living under:

Tabari IX:113

“Allah permits you to shut them (women) in separate rooms and to beat them, but not severely. If they abstain, they have the right to food and clothing. Treat women well for they are like domestic animals and they possess nothing themselves.

Qur’an 4:15

“If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; if they testify, confine them to houses until death [by starvation] claims them.”

Bukhari:V3B48N826

“The Prophet said, ‘Isn’t the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is because of the deficiency of a woman’s mind.’”

Ishaq:185

“In hell I saw women hanging by their breasts. They had fathered bastards.”

Qur’an 24:6

“And for those who launch a charge against their wives, accusing them, but have no witnesses or evidence, except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, (swearing four times) by Allah that he is the one speaking the truth.”

These quotes were collected from here (Bare Naked Islam). Now of course you can find very similar things in the Old Testament, the difference being that even Orthodox Jews of the Torah and Christians today have long since moved on from acting on such monstrous beliefs. More quotes here.

Outside the Wellington Way polling station in Tower Hamlets yesterday, as at many other polling stations in the borough, people had to run a gauntlet of Lutfur Rahman supporters to reach the ballot box. As one Bengali woman voter went past them, we heard one of the Rahman army scolding her for her “immodest dress.” That incident is perhaps a tiny taste of the future for Britain’s poorest borough now it has elected Mr Rahman as its first executive mayor, with almost total power over its £1 billion budget. At the count last night, one very senior figure in the Tower Hamlets Labour Party said: “It really is Britain’s Islamic republic now.” Read rest of this article here (London Telegraph).

Uhhhhhh, Juan Williams said a politically incorrect thing…uhhhhhhhhhhh….“I mean, look, Bill, I’m not a bigot. You know the kind of books I’ve written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I’ve got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.” (Here) Yeah, Williams, who works for NPR, said this on the O’Reilly Factor so the Stalinistas at NPR fired him. I’m sure glad I don’t work for NPR. Williams might get nervous on a flight but I won’t even fly anymore.

BTW: try to keep in mind that Islam is not a race of people. It is a religion based on both Old Testament Judaism and even some New Testament writings); it is also a political movement based on sharia law (which clearly proscribes death for homosexuals and subjugation of women).

Ayaan Hirsi Ali–I’d vote for this woman for a Senate seat (or any other seat) in an instant. After escaping an arranged marriage in Somali or Kenya via Canada, she landed in the Netherlands as a refugee seeking political asylum. She eventually became an outspoken member of the Dutch Parliament (she is not a prisoner to political correctness parameters), but was forced to flee to the the Grand Banana Republic because of Islamic threats (yes, even the GBR offers more security). She has written two books, Infidel (I’ve read it twice) and Nomad (I’m reading it now). She speaks several languages, including masterful English, and has, along with people like Christopher Hitchens, for example,  elevated the religion/atheism debate onto a substantial intellectual plane, accessible even to many leftists. Wait a minute, I’ve had second thoughts about her being in the Senate. I mean she’s eloquent, soft-spoken, gorgeous, humorous, sexy, intellectual, multi-lingual, politically incorrect–she wouldn’t fit in. Nope, not in that clubhouse of buffoons. Here’s a recent article about her (The Guardian). Here she is on a very funny bantering segment of the Colbert Report.

What’s the big deal about the Brown campaign referring to Meg Whitman as a whore? Aren’t all politicians whores? Besides the remark was said in private so grow up, Whitman (you whore you). …….Wait a minute, whore could be a complement. I mean what is the most honest profession in the world since the age of sexual cave paintings by the cro-magnons? That’s right, prostitution. Whoring. An honest hour’s work for an honest hour’s pay. It’s a word that implies total honesty: you’re told what you’ll get, and then you get it. All up front (so of course that would mean all politicians aren’t whores after all).

Most of us now know the trial of Geert Wilders going on in Holland–he dared speak of the totalitarian nature of Islam–but how many of you know about the case of Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, an Austrian woman who faces the possibility of three years in prison in  Austria for delivering a lecture on the Islamic threat to liberty. Read a short synopsis of this incredible story here (Big Peace).

Update: I always hate to be the bearer of good news that disrupts my grotesquely pessimistic and cynical view of the world  but there is this: “The first hurdle has been won in the heresy trial of Geert Wilders. Islamic supremacists have failed in their relentless attack on free men. It isva good day for freedom lovers the world over…” Here (Atlas Shrugs)

“During his Bolivian “guerrilla” campaign, Che split his forces whereupon they got hopelessly lost and bumbled around, half-starved, half-clothed and half-shod, without any contact with each other for 6 months before being wiped out. They …seemed incapable of applying a compass reading to a map. They spent much of the time walking in circles and were usually within a mile of each other. During this blundering they often engaged in ferocious firefights against each other…” [see link below]

And let’s not forget another endearing aspect of the good doctor, evidently honed in his delightful youth: “…Even as a youth, Ernesto Guevara’s writings revealed a serious mental illness [from Ernesto Guevara’s Motorcycle Diaries]. “My nostrils dilate while savoring the acrid odor of gunpowder and blood. Crazy with fury I will stain my rifle red while slaughtering any vencido [the defeated , the surrendered] that falls in my hands!” — Read full account in this article (Big Peace)

We then headed toward the main prayer hall while several men followed close behind, muttering angrily in Arabic. As soon as we entered the prayer hall, they confronted us.

“Are you Muslim?” one of them demanded to know.

“No,” I replied. “But we were invited to come here by Imam Namous.” This did not impress any of them, even though I could see Imam Namous on the other side of the room talking to a group of children.

The man then glowered at us behind a set of almost lifeless eyes. “You have to leave,” he shouted at us, “Now!” and he thrust a clenched fist into his palm.

This was the future of Muslim-Christian relations in America staring me right in the eye. –Read rest of article here (V Dare)

”Do you question authority? Fail to accept conventional wisdom?  Lose your temper when you hear a politician make a promise that you know he or she can’t keep?”  Well pal, and here’s the kicker. then you may be outta your friggin’ mind. That’s not my opinion but the the opinion contained in the  Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. That surely includes oppositional defiant disorder: Well here’s an example straight from the horse’s mouth:“an ongoing pattern of disobedient, hostile and defiant behavior toward authority figures.”  There are other disorders too (evidently it’s a long list)… ‘antisocial behavior, arrogance, cynicism [I knew I was a goner] and narcissism.’ Read this article here (Mark Nestmann’s Preserving Your Privacy and Wealth).

Finnish environmentalist philosopher Pentti Linkolahas (his website) calls for “fascism as a necessary step to save the planet from ecological destruction, demanding that climate change deniers be ‘re-educated’ in eco-gulags and that the vast majority of humans be killed with the rest enslaved and controlled by a green police state, with people forcibly sterilized, cars confiscated and travel restricted to members of the elite.” Here (Prison Planet).

Linkolahas on democracy, obviously a view that’s becoming mainstream: “Any dictatorship would be better than modern democracy. There cannot be so incompetent dictator, that he would show more stupidity than a majority of the people. Best dictatorship would be one where lots of heads would roll and government would prevent any economical growth.”

Excellent article by Bruce Bawer (of While Europe Slept: How Radical Islam is Destroying the West from Within) about the intellectual and moral demise of feminist Camille Paglia. Here’s the crux: Paglia, once the epitome of intellectual irreverence (otherwise known as political incorrectness) has devolved, ignoring the most dangerously encroaching oppression of women, Islamic gender apartheid, while intently carping on silly Lady Gaga and the death of sex (I’m just wondering when Camille Paglia will aim her sizable payload of intellect at Jersey Shore’s Snooki.) Here (at Pajamas Media).

For the category of worst mass killer in history the winner is…Mr Mao Tse Tung (aka, the Chairman), a man greatly admired by such prestigious media organs as The New York Times and The Washington Post. Our thanks to historian Frank Dikötter, a professor at  Hong Kong University, who has specialized in the four year period between 1958 and ’62, who has put the figure at a staggering 45 million. Not only did Mao know how to create a really good famine to kill off the nasty peasants, he was also a great torturer and executioner.  Here.

There has always been an alliance between leftist journalists /professors and totalitarians (yes, the Right has had its own fascist alliances), e.g., from the Labor Government of Britian (the basis of Orwell’s novel 1984), the  New York Times’ correspondent Harrison Salisbury’s love affair with Stalin, Wilfred Burchett’s fawning “journalistic coverage” of the Viet Cong, Edgar Snow’s sympathetic account of Mao Tse Tung’s revolution, the general kid gloves treatment of eco terrorists, etc., and most recently ongoing support for the brutal totalitarianism of political Islam–even at the expense of gays’ and womens’s rights which at one time had been two of the most important and just crusades of Left. Here.

American cartoonist of Everybody draw Mohammad day now in hiding after fatwa issued against her by none other than the notorious Black Bart (Yemeni-American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki): the Grand Banana Republic’s office doodlers, i.e.,  the FBI, recommended she change her complete identity (name, address, everything), which evidently she has done. The apology the former MS Molly Norris offered for exercising her free speech right to her fatwaer had no effect: “I apologize to people of Muslim faith and ask that this ‘day’ be called off” . Why don’t we just stop the pretense that we’re living in a democracy and allow outright bribes. “The Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision allows businesses to make unlimited political contributions to judges and politicians. When judges are elected, the need for these contributions inherently turns judges into politicians. Sympathetic judges are corrupt businesses’ most valuable allies. Corporations and their senior officials can commit civil or criminal wrongs with impunity if their case is assigned to a friendly judge…” Read more here.

The bottom line

Tenets of Islamic (sharia) law, which the imam behind the ground zero mosque says is compliant with the U.S. Constitution: a short selection, compiled by former muslim Nonie Darwish, from the “clear cut laws in Islam decided by great Imams after years of examination and interpretation of the Quran, Hadith and Mohammed’s life.”

1-  Jihad defined as “to war against non-Muslims to establish the religion” is the duty of every Muslim and Muslim head of state (Caliph). Muslim Caliphs who refuse jihad are in violation of Sharia and unfit to rule.

3-  A Caliph is exempt from being charged with serious crimes such as murder, adultery, robbery, theft, drinking and in some cases of rape.

8-  A Muslim who leaves Islam must be killed immediately.

19-  Homosexuality is punishable by death.

22-  Divorce is only in the hands of the husband and is as easy as saying: “I divorce you” and becomes effective even if the husband did not intend it.

30-  To prove rape, a woman must have 4 male witnesses.

……it goes on but I think you get the idea; so just how compliant is sharia with the constitution?

I think someone should point out to such severely blind-sided multiculturalists that pushing Islam is also, simultaneously, pushing Sharia law, which is intrinsic to the Muslim view. Somebody showed me this in her new pharmacy textbook. It’s from the first main page of  Mosby’s Pharmacy Technician: Principles and Practice, in which a list of terms and definitions for the modern scientific pharmacist are given. Take special note of the last entry–shaman. Is that a term that should have a place  in a modern medical textbook?

Apothecary Latin term for pharmacist

Clinical pharmacist Pharmacis who monitors patient medications in inpatient and some retal settings

Dogma Code of beliefs based on tradition rather than fact

Inpatient pharmacy A pharmacy in a hospital or institutional setting

Outpatient pharmacy Community pharmacies or pharmacies in outpatient hospital settings

Pharmacist Person who dispenses drugs and counsels patients

Pharmacy clerk Person who assists the pharmacist at the front counter of the pharmacy; the person who accepts payment for medications

Pharmacy technician Person who assists pharmacist by filling prescriptions and performing other nondispensing tasks

Protocol Set of standards written by hospital or insurnace company for patient treatment

Shaman Medicine person who holds a high place of honor in a tribe

shaman /’amn/, /’em-/
noun (PL. shamans)
a person regarded as having access to, and influence in, the world of good and evil spirits, especially among some peoples of northern Asia and North America. Typically such people enter a trance state during a ritual, and practise divination and healing

Thesaurus: a medicine woman, healer; witch doctor…

BTW, here are some lyrics to sing while waiting for the shaman to fill your prescription:

I told the witch doctor
I was in love with you
I told the witch doctor
I was in love with you
And then the witch doctor
He told me what to do

He said that

The recent flotilla of American sea power off the Korean coast might indeed have  fogged up ther binoculars of the North Koreans but the Chinese were probably laughing.
